Standard pipe hangers and supports create direct metal-to-metal contact between the pipe and the building structure, forming thermal bridges that bypass the insulation system entirely. At each uninsulated support point, heat escapes on hot systems and condensation forms on cold systems — wasting energy and promoting corrosion. Our fabricated insulation saddles and shields break the thermal bridge while supporting the full weight of the piping system.

What We Do
Insulated Pipe Saddles & Shields
High-compressive-strength insulation inserts — typically calcium silicate or polyisocyanurate — precision-cut to break thermal bridges at pipe hanger points while carrying full system load. Cellular-glass (FOAMGLAS®) load-bearing inserts available when specified.
Custom Fabrication for Any Pipe Size
We fabricate supports for pipe sizes from 1/2 inch through 36 inches and larger. Each support is cut to the pipe OD, insulation thickness, and hanger configuration specified in the project submittal.
